Refund policy

We want you to enjoy peace of mind when ordering from us online therefore if any products delivered are damaged or defective / not what you ordered / not the quantity that you ordered, Please get in touch with us within 2 working days of receipt at contact.econsider@gmail.com. We will arrange appropriate replacements or refunds.  If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items. Sale items  & Gift Vouchers are not eligible for a refund. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges incurred when sending the Products back to ECOnsider.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by ECOnsider. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We are a small, independent business and we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, we will take a caring, common sense approach to any problems you may experience with your order.

Refunds and replacements are offered entirely at our discretion & we reserve the right to issue them in whichever way we deem appropriate, we may require photos of damaged goods.
