Shipping policy

Orders are usually dispatched/ready for pick up within 3-5 days after receipt of payment.

In some cases it may take a little longer where items are not readily available, if we experience a high volume of orders at the time or if there are postal service problems which are out of our control.

Once you have paid for your order we will process your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped/is ready for delivery or pick up.

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Your order will ship within 2-4 business days, however typically orders ship within 1-2 working days. 

We use Royal Mail 48hrs tracked service unless otherwise stated or there are any issue with the postal service. We charge a flat rate of £3.50 postage and offer free postage on orders over £50.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £20 within Burscough area. Below that amount you can pay an extra £2 to have your order delivered. We will contact you via text message or email you provided at checkout to organise delivery.

Pick it up Yourself

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days of payment. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping at this time (except for BFPO boxes to certain regions) but we are looking into it. For more information please send us a message/ email ~ contact.econsider@gmail.com

How do I check the status of my order?

You will be updated on your order status via email and will receive a tracking number when your order is ready for postal collection.
