This website, (www.econsider.co.uk) is operated by ECOnsider. These terms & conditions together with our privacy policy govern your use of our website. By using the website you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the website.

Pricing

The prices on our website are in £ (pounds sterling). The postage prices are disclosed as you add items to your cart. All prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.

Online ordering

You are responsible to ensure that all information given by you at the time of ordering is correct. The information that you provide must relate to you, the buyer and not a third party. When you have completed your order and payment, please note that this does not mean that your order has been fully accepted by us, ECOnsider.

We reserve the right to cancel any order (and process a refund in full) without prior notice. All our products are handmade by us, therefore, size, shape and d

esign may vary from product to product.

Dispatch & Payment

Unless otherwise specified on this website, we aim to dispatch your goodies within 3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. Unless otherwise stated on the website we ship orders via Royal Mail 2nd class service.

We use Shopify to process payments as it provides a secure payment option for our customers. We do not see or retain your credit card details.

Refunds and Returns

We want you to enjoy piece of mind when ordering from us online therefore if any products delivered are damaged or defective / not what you ordered / not the quantity that you ordered, Please get in touch with us within 5 working days at contact.econsider@gmail.com. We will arrange appropriate replacements or refunds. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items. Sale items & Gift Vouchers are not eligible for a refund. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges incurred when sending the Products back to ECOnsider.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by ECOnsider. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We are a small, independent business and we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, we will take a caring, common sense approach to any problems you may experience with your order.

Refunds and replacements are offered entirely at our discretion & we reserve the right to issue them in whichever way we deem appropriate, we may require photos of damaged goods.

Modifications to our Service

Prices for items are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to, at any time, modify or discontinue any part of the service that we offer, or any part of content thereof, without any notice to you. We accept no liability to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

All products listed on our website strictly adhere to EU cosmetics law. All sales are subject to UK legislation. We shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.
